K. REHEARSALS:
Rehearsals will be held on Thursday, 17 October, 2024 from 8:30 am at the Graduation Venue: Mzuzu Stadium. Graduands who will not attend rehearsals will graduate in absentia.
L. BACCALAUREATE SERVICE:
Baccalaureate service will be held during the Graduation Ceremony.
COLLECTION OF ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS:
Collection of certificates and transcripts will be done in person at Central Office from the graduation day onwards.
M. ACCREDITATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC AND CATERING SERVICES:
Only accredited photographers and caterers shall be allowed to operate during the graduation ceremony. Photographers must pay an accreditation fee of MK15, 000.00. The accreditation fee for caterers is MK20, 000.00. The fees must be paid to the First Capital Bank Account provided above. Before and after paying, contact Francisco Chisi on 0995 910 740 before 11:00 am of Monday, 14th October, 2024.
