Notes
- Once fees are paid, they are not refundable.
- The above fees do not include catering. Catering fees are collected solely by service providers — students pay them directly, per details in the offer letter.
Payment of Fees
- Fees per semester may be paid in full or in half at the start of the semester, with the balance paid in two installments before the tenth week.
- Only candidates who have fulfilled fee payment shall be allowed to register.
- No student shall be allowed to attend classes without registration.
- All fees should be deposited into the campus bank accounts listed below.
- The University does not use an agent for recruitment or fee payment (i.e. does not use Airtel Money, Mpamba, Mukuru, Hello Paisa, etc).
- Only students who have paid fees and completed registration will be granted access to classes and other services.

Important Information
- Boarding & lodging: students admitted under the off-campus category must make their own arrangements for accommodation, transport, meals and general upkeep.
- Original certificates: all candidates must bring original copies of their certificates or notification of results, plus two passport-size photographs, for registration.
- Opening date: classes commence Monday, 7th September 2026.
- Admission letters are being sent to each candidate with further details.
- Arrival dates: new students should arrive Tuesday 1st September or Wednesday 2nd September 2026 for orientation and registration. Laws Campus students will be picked up from Phwezi Secondary School (along the Mzuzu–Karonga M1 road) from 9:00am on the first two days only.
