Biography
Panji Msowoya is a Computer Engineer and ICT professional serving as an ICT Officer and Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Livingstonia – Laws Campus. He specializes in software development, network engineering, and ICT infrastructure, with extensive experience in designing and implementing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and digital transformation in higher education. His areas of expertise include full-stack software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, virtualization, and network administration.As an Adjunct Lecturer, he lectures in the Computer Engineering and Education ICT departments. He also serves as the Practical Research Projects Coordinator, where he oversees the planning, coordination, and management of students’ practical research projects. Panji is passionate about innovation and developing secure, scalable, and user-centered technologies that support teaching, learning, research, and institutional growth.
