University of Livingstonia (UNILIA) invites applications from candidates to enrol into its Bridging Programme at its Laws Campus. The Programme shall run from January to March, 2025. Successful completion of the Bridging Programme shall lead a candidate to enrolment into a degree programme of one’s choice in the University .

1. ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
- MSCE with at least four (4) credit passes; or
- IGSCE or GCE ‘O’ level certificates with 3 credit passes; or
- MSCE with a minimum of three (3) credits of not more than 3 points in each plus two (2) strong passes, and with industrial experience in a relevant field; or
- Candidates with six credits and do not qualify for entry in some specific programmes of their choice;
2. OUTLINE OF THE BRIDGING PROGRAMME:
The choice of the courses shall be guided by the interest in pursuing a programmes of one’s choice. Successful applicants shall register in a combination of any four of the courses listed below:
- Basic Communication Skills
- Mathematics
- Information and Communication Technology
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- History
- Geography
- Social and Development Studies
3. MODE OF DELIVERY
The Bridging Programme shall be delivered primarily on full time basis.
4. FEES STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT
- Fees for the entire 8-week duration MK215,000.00 (residential) MK165,000 (non-residential).
- Candidates are required deposit fees to the bank and produce the deposit slip during registration.
- Details of fees payment shall be communicated in admission letters
- The University follows a policy of “No Fees, No admission”.
- The University does not use an agent in recruitment of students and payment of fees (i.e. does not use Airtel Money, Mpamba, Mukuru, Hello Paisa, etc.).
5. APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

- Application forms are accessed on the University website (www.unilia.ac.mw) and all University offices. Use an application letter where the application forms are not available.

- Applicants must provide proof of previous education in form of copies of notification of results or stamped letters from previous institutions or certificates.

- Applicants should pay a non-refundable application fee of MK10,000.00 to the bank account below:

- Students shall be expected to pay directly to outsourced service providers for their food. The collection and determination of catering fees is solely in the hands of the outsourced service providers.
- All admitted candidates shall be required to respect and abide by the Christian values as practiced by the CCAP Synod of Livingstonia.
- The Council of the UNILIA reserves the right to amend all fees during the course of the academic year.
