To internationalize and strengthen the quality education that we offer, we are thrilled to announce that we have partnered India’s Chandigarh University and the United Kingdom’s Lancaster University.

Marked by a signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the partnership with Chandigarh University is, among others, in the areas of research, academic staff exchange, students mobility and cultural exchange.

“This collaboration will foster academic exchange, research initiatives and student mobility, creating opportunities for both students and faculty and reinforcing both institutions’ commitment to educational excellence and global engagement,” remarks a post published on Chandigarh University’s International Affairs Facebook Page.

In a related development, we have also signed an MoU with United Kingdom’s Lancaster University.

Our Vice Chancellor, The Very Reverend Associate Professor, Timothy Nyasulu, told Voice of Livingstonia (VoL) that the partnership with Lancaster University is in the areas of knowledge sharing and academic staff exchange mostly in the field of sanitation.

“As a University, we have a programme called Master of Science in Global Sanitation, so issues of sanitation are at the centre of our MoU. We will be having professors from Lancaster University coming to Unilia to teach and vice versa,” The Vice Chancellor told VoL.
